Brandon Goethals – Head Academy Director
Coach Goethals is in his second season at the helm of Pacific Golf and his sixth coaching collegiate golf. He guided the Tigers to improvements in his first two seasons as head coach at Pacific, and welcomes in a phenomenal recruiting class in 2007. With his tireless work ethic, and the recruiting now in his hands, Goethals has the Tigers looking for success in the near future. Before returning to his home state of California, Goethals graduated from UNLV where he lettered in golf for four years and helped the Rebels to a fourth place finish in 1992 at Nationals. He then spent time on various professional tours and most recently was the assistant coach at Georgia Tech. Under head coach Bruce Heppler at Georgia Tech Goethals helped lead the Yellowjackets to Runner-Up National Titles in 2003 in 2005. |

Jeremy Fletcher – Academy Director
Fletcher, in his second season with the Pacific Golf team has proven an asset to the up-and-coming golf program. In addition to assistant coaching duties Fletcher serves as a tournament director for the Tiger Hunt and Pacific’s collegiate tournament; the Pacific Invitational. Fletcher also works at Brookside Country Club as a golf shop assistant and coordinator of outside tournaments. A native of Toledo, Iowa, Fletcher graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 2005 with a bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. |

Drew Scott – Academy Instructor
Drew Scott, now in his second season, returned to Rice University as its head golf coach after spending two years as head golf coach at UT-Pan American. Scott, a 1998 Rice graduate, was a three-year letterman for the Owls' under then-coach Jim Castañeda, winning the Vic Cameron Award as the Owls' top golfer in 1994. The native of Pinehurst, N.C., then transferred to the University of North Carolina for two years, but returned to Rice to play as a fifth-year senior in 1998. Scott began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant coach at both Pinecrest High School in Southern Pines, N.C., and West Pine Middle School in Pinehurst, N.C. He also represented the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club as its touring professional. He instructed clinics and camps at the Pinehurst Company’s Golf Advantage Schools. |

Anna Sass - Academy Instructor
Anna joins the Pacific Golf Academy in 2008, bringing both teaching and playing experience
to the course. A native of Sacramento, Anna played on the JFK High School boys team for
four years, won the Stockton City Championship in 1998 and attended the US Junior Girls in 1999. She was a two-time SAY Golf Champion and took Cal State Monterey Bay to the nationals all four years she played collegiately. |

Ted Gleason - Guest Speaker
Ted Gleason, President and Owner of Road To College Golf, advises and counsels junior golfers and their families throughout the college placement process. He also serves as a mentor/coach to each junior golfer as they prepare to be a student-athlete at the collegiate level. Gleason most recently was the Head Men’s Golf Coach at USC where he recruited the #1 recruiting class in the nation for the fall of 2006 and helped guide the Trojans to three NCAA Championship appearances in the last four years. He also assisted the women’s golf team to a National Championship in 2002. Prior to USC, Gleason was at Southern Methodist University where he was named the 2001 District 6 Coach of the Year by Golfweek Magazine. |
